Story Time for Little Champs!
Story Champs is an evidence-based program that gives children the opportunity to explore their oral language skills through the combination of explicit instruction and authentic speaking and listening activities.
Presented as a group program, your child will be encouraged to join with like-minded peers in exploring stories, language skills and special activities designed to help them improve their listening and reading comprehension and receptive language skills.
This program is NDIS approved and will help your child develop the following skills:
- Vocabulary
- Sentence construction
- Reading comprehension
- Expressive language skills
- Listening and following multistep instructions
- Literacy skills (reading and writing)
- Self advocacy skills including problem solving and communicating needs
