Our Client Experience Officers (CEOs) play a huge role in the successful running of our centres and are valued accordingly. The successful CEOs will be individuals who strive to achieve our collective vision and will be relied upon by clients and practitioners.
As a CEO, the successful applicants will undertake reception and administration responsibilities, with the focus of the role being the provision of amazing experiences, care and support for our clients.
To be considered as someone who could join our CEO team, you must:
The CEO positions would suit someone looking for flexible hours and maybe offered as a casual or part time.
Our service is open 7.30am-7pm. The position shifts are flexible and negotiable and established as part of an annual schedule (meaning that they don’t change week to week). Approximately (and based on the successful candidate’s preferences) the hours are 7.30am-1.30pm or 1pm-7pm and are a balance between morning and afternoon shifts. As a service, we don’t work on Friday afternoons!
Administration and/or customer service experience would be beneficial. The successful applicants will have access to training, in-house ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
