🌳👨‍✈️👨‍🚒👨‍🍳 An amazing 25 happy children joined us for ‘Stories Under the Tree’ this morning! With so many bubbly, inquisitive kiddies today, we took the opportunity to discuss the stories in more detail - we used the pictures to make predictions about the story, discussed who/what/when/where and why questions relating to the plot and related our own personal experiences to the stories. These are all simple ways that you can enrich shared book experiences with your child to further nurture their language development.
Join us next month on Wednesday, 8th May for our next gathering for ‘Stories Under the Tree’ - I think I’ll need to bring an extra picnic rug! ~Melissa 🙂
