Meet Our Speech Pathologist Sarah Harris
Sarah is an experienced Speech Pathologist who has worked across community health and hospital settings, predominantly in paediatrics, as well as in NGO’s.
She takes a family-centre approach to therapy, and loves working with other professionals to help children and their families achieve the best possible outcomes.
As the Clinical Lead at A Growing Understanding’s Newcastle Centre, Sarah provides support and supervision for the team and helps to ensure the ongoing delivery of quality speech pathology services.
I really enjoy working with children and their families, supporting them to achieve their communication and feeding goals. It is so rewarding being able to witness children and their families flourish.
At A Growing Understanding each individual’s knowledge, skills and experience is valued, no matter where they are up to in their career. The team are very supportive of each other both professionally and personally.
