As our Lead Client Experience Officer, Jordan is dedicated to ensuring all families receive accurate service and quality care. With more than five years’ experience in customer service, Jordan’s friendly approach and caring nature compliments the services offered at our clinics.
She enjoys working closely with families, and helping them navigate their speech pathology journey, all with the view of making the lives of those she works with that little bit easier.
I love being able to help people and ensure they receive exceptional care and an awesome experience. I love watching the changes in the children as they work towards their goals. Watching each child improve in their own way is very special.
Working within an encouraging and supportive team. Everyone is invested in providing the best service for our families. which continues to motivate us to exceed expectations.
