Meet Our Service Mentor and Speech Pathologist Brooke Dolan
Brooke, a Newcastle native and graduate from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours), brings her expertise and passion to A Growing Understanding as a Paediatric Speech Pathologist.
In addition to her clinical role, Brooke serves as a Service Mentor, working closely with the Leadership Team to uphold the quality of services. Her role is pivotal in ensuring that all team members have the necessary support and guidance to deliver exceptional care. Brooke is also instrumental in developing resources and information to empower the families we work with.
Brooke is committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment for her clients, helping them and their families achieve their everyday goals. Known for her creative and engaging approach to therapy, Brooke ensures each session not only meets the highest standards of care but is also fun and rewarding. Her dedication leaves a lasting, positive impact, ensuring that families always leave with a smile.
